Does anybody know what wheels are just a little bit bigger than the stock nytro idler wheels. I'd like to put bigger wheels on to save on hyphax. Thought that haydays this weekend might be a good place to pick some up. Not really looking for used ones, so any website or manufacturer would help,
thanks

Pickup a set of DOO wheels.

Keep in mind that they may not be a direct swap out as the bearings may be different. 6005 Yamaha bearing is narrower than the 6205 bearing. I don't know if other manufacturers use the 6005 bearing.

They fit on the outside fine, you just have to machine the blocks on the inside to make them fit or add washers.

Easily available 6205 berings are 15mm thick which adds up to 1.5mm per side over the OEM 6005 bering.
On the outside idlers 1.5mm change futher outboard isn't going to do you any real harm that I can think of.
It's when you get to the inner shaft idlers that you'll be looking for correct 12mm wide berings. Which will limit your idler size choice.
Otherwise machining the alum blocks is the option.

Cheers

I have been using the Kimpex pro colored wheels for years on many of my sleds, they hold up real good ,reasonally priced and have replaceble bearings, I use the 135mm ones slightly larger than the 130 mm that yamaha uses, Had them on my 08 ltx with 4000 miles and not a problem or bearing failure
