Last ride of the Season????

Rode last Saturday, beautiful day, no clouds, probably 50deg (in the sun), instant sunburn. there is still a ton of snow, just not very good snow (3" wet snow on hard pack).


Too many honey-doo's stacked up.


I guess I'll have to wate till next season (I'm wiping the tears from eyes as I type). Here are a few pic's of the turbo sleds we were riding on the last outing. What a great season it was!!!!!!!

was that apex built by fastrax very cool not real kean on the color but cool sled.will be riding here till july snow has hardly melted yet.

It's a powder coated titanium chassis. It's my brothers sled which he built himself. I teased him about the color, it didn't quite turnout the way he wanted. However, you can recognize him from a long ways off. The snow hasn't really melted here either, it's just hard packed spring snow.

In the old days you couldn't wait for the spring snow so you could go anywhere you wanted. Now you get a little bummed if you don't have at least a couple of feet of powder and still go anywhere you want to.
