And my property tax has more than doubled in less than 5 years. For a little town like Wakefield, what on earth are they doing with all of the money?!?!?!?!?!

We still have the lowest taxes in the lower region of the state. Plus we are building a new middle school and they just completely redid the elementary school a couple of years ago. You should see what I pay for taxes on a little duplex on .25 acres in N. Berwick Maine.

the rings were updated in 05. i can assure you the oil usage is the bottom end bin there done that, i currently have an updated motor for sale in the classifieds. i hit a wash out breaking the bulkhead. have not added oil between oil changes since the rings and pistons were installed !!!
