Tork, I used them in the trail, ditch, and mountain riding last winter with success in all venues. Like I said before, they have the cornering of the C&A pro, floatation and powder habits like the Simmons, but don't require the steering effort of either.
Well as soon as i get back from my job and have some cash, i will call you Srxspec. Did they change the ski loop some so it is better on the hand?
Thank you Skydog

Best ski Ive ever run!!! When it comes to RX's you need the weight savings too. 4lbs lighter than Simmons. I am now a dealer for Slydogs I liked them so much. There will be a 7 inch wide Slydog powder ski coming within a week or so and it will be same weight as the 6.

No problems with the edges rolling over from dirt, gravel or big rocks. The plastic is very tough and prone to wear. I rode a fair amount of miles last season in very low snow conditions with no problems at all, the skis held up well. I have also run a set of their skis for 2 summers on the grass and just now the center section is starting to wear down.

Guy's, what is the exact model of the C&A's you are running, the dealer is telling me there are different models. I am thinking of going with the C&A
Pro's but don't know the exact name of them. I am switching just because my simmon's are a little to aggressive for me now (getting to old to rail hard anymore) I have 6 inch carbides all around on them and at the end of 200 mile day, my shoulders are a little beat up. That is why I am thinking of going with the single carbide again.
Can someone tell me the exact model name of the C&A's pro's ?
I am not sure but I think it was ultra something that are 6 inch's wide.
Also, does anybody want to buy my Simmons off me ? they are all Blue with 2000 miles on them. Make me some offers.

LazyBastard said:Oak Hill said:I am going to try the New Pilot skis from Ski-Doo. They are suppose to be easy turning and bite hard.
Skidoo is changing their skis because they have been issued a COURT ORDER to cease production of "precision", which is an illegal (and very poor) copy of Simmons. The new "pilot" ski is a marketing gimmick that they're using to draw attention away from the fact that they aren't making "precision" any more. If they went back to conventional skis, there would be questions as to why. If they went to a "NEW IMPROVED!!!" ski, then all the suckers will actually think that the move is purely an improvement.
I was in the Ski-dud dealer yesterday and saw 4 sets of Precisions for $150/pr. w/carbides. Granted they were slightly used take-offs, that still seems easier to swallow than $400, even if they are illegal, but my money would be on Slydogs - if I had any.
Does anyone know if Bergstrom makes Triple-points for Slydog skis?
