Good idea! Thanks. I can envision what to do now. So you hold the air in the hx, by keeping the air line connected. I was thinking about some type of valve or something. Off to the depot in the morning. Need to measure the elbow. Wouldn't want to go through all the work to install and find they had leaks!

Sick of over thinking everything so went ahead and ordered the tunnel supports. Thank you again for posting the number.
Now to get the heat exchangers swapped. I'm thinking I should pressure test what I bought to make sure they are solid. They are used. Best way to do that to seal the end you put the air in at?
If your going to run studs you better make sure you have 1 1/2 in of height on the tunnel supports over the rear cooler or you'll wipe it out.. plenty of articles here on it. I don't know what the clearance will be on the ones you bought but you may need to add some more to them over the cooler and tapering down towards the back of the upper wheels. See the Vector sticky on studding..and many old posts here on Attak coolers..

Thanks. Track is already studded, but we are talking about two different things. I'm talking about the regular left/right heat exchangers under the tunnel running boards, not a rear hx. I'm not doing the rear hx right now.

Thanks. Maybe I'll revisit it once all the other projects are done, but right now I have to move this thing forward.
