I was a Cat man from 1973 til last year when I bought a used 2008 FX Nytro. What a difference! I had been riding an F-Series the last two years and the Nytro beats it all around. This summer I put a 1.37 Cobra track, a exhaust header from Ulmer, Sly Dog Skis, and a Team Tied clutch kit. We had about 6 inches of snow last weekend so I took it out. What a difference the changes made. The sled is electric smooth, handled better, and is faster than last year. Last year I was getting as high as 22 mpg, on regaler and you don't need to buy expensive two stroke oil. I figured that the distance I could go on $65.00 in gas and oil with my F1000, It would cost me $20.00 on the Nytro. It is also the best made and solid riding sled I have ever owned.
I will never go green again, I am true blue.

Well i was a die hard doo man myself,been ridin them since i was little and even worked for a dealer for a while.This year i bought a 08 nytro rtx and can't wait to ride it.My buddy has one and i rode it lots last year and i was sold on the power it produces.Sure there are a few glitch's but they can be worked out and solved.I have rode the doo 1200 lots and the yamy is far better for the four stroke.I wanted a 4stroke and yamy is the one to beat so i went out and bought one.Now all i have to do this winter is ride....

I think he put the clutch on this year, and it says last year he saw 22

I love my nytro but I hate the ball joint issue and it loves to eat sliders.

Upgraded my skis to powder hounds and never had a complaint about handling since.

Overall, I glad to be with Team Blue.
