I do find the front end need to be a little more planted coming in and going out of the corners. I noticed the sled steered much easier standing then sitting. The sled really is a one off race sled.. lovin it..![]()
I backed mine down to one hole up from stock and it does seem to be a nice compromise. I am still getting too much inside ski lift in the tight lower speed (25-45mph) twisties. Would new coupling blocks help with that? I also put the float pressures down to 70lbs. but I think the lower I go the more ski lift I am going to get? Is there an option for a stiffer sway bar?
No...you should be getting less inside ski lift the lower pressure you go to. This will create more body roll, so there needs to be a compromise.
Thx for the info. I don't want to lower the ride height and I think I am going to search for a stiffer swaybar. I know Pioneer sells one for other Yami's. Now all I have to do is get them to: A) Answer the phone. B) Return my messages. C) Return my email.lucky_7 said:nytroguy said:NB-NYTRO said:I rode my sled on some nice groomed conditions... seemed to steer hard with the Razors.. but no where near as hard as my Apex with stock skis. so if I pull the limiter one hole is it going to steer alot harder? Does anybody have a source for a sway bar? Doesn't seem like anybody wants to talk/comment about it?????????????? Too busy bitchen about wet boots and cold hands I guess! LOL

If you lower the pressure you should be reducing inside ski lift!!! Setting your torsion springs on the highest setting might be helpful also!!

Setting the torsions on 3 DOES reduce pushing/highsiding and wheelies but doesnt fix the problem for sure. Im going to a 1" Hack and diff ski's along with pulling the limiter up one more hole (2 total)skyboz said:If you lower the pressure you should be reducing inside ski lift!!!
