Anyone have problems with the track hitting were the old snowflap use to mount right behind the crossover tube? And yes i removed the thin piece of aluminun that the old snow flap was attached to. What are your fixes for this?

Are you talk about that The frame that holes the flap on. If you are I made my apex a 144" and it dose not hit it at all.

I am extended out to 136 and so far I don't have a problem.

i just used tracks usa extenders and went to a 128 track,no issues at all with no mods to stock bumper or flap

Came down off of a mogul on the trail today and heard a loud noise in the back----studs cought the back of the tunnel and actually cracked and bent the back of it!!!! Soo any ideas on what to do so this don't happen again??? Adjust transfer??? any ideas???

I think your supposed to take a inch off that back lip that you bent then it will clear. srxspec had a picture of it in a warrior build I think

Mine a has a edge supension,did find out my shock is in need of a rebuild. Also ging to be dropping the rear mounting hole about a inch below the running boards instead of above . Should be fine after that.
