the rip saw 1.25 track on my attak is good on trails but blows when it comes to powder or any deeper snow. i want to switch tracks and go to internal/exteral driver system. any ideas .like to stay with a 1 .25 track
do not care if yamaha /cat or polaris or doo track . looking for a better all around track . any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. what about drivers and suggestions?

I prefer the predator 6-pitch, avail. either 1" or 1.25". it is avail. fully clipped and predrilled for 144 studs
For drivers the ski-Doo int./ext. are the best, #504152503 for a 9 tooth driver

My .02

why stay with a 1.25? If you are looking for more performance in the deep snow... consider adding paddle length. I would like to put a 2 inch track on my Attak, but heard you have to remove the Muffler cross brace. I will go with a 1.5 or the Cat 1.6 track.

Now as far as drivers... I would like to put the Doo Combo Intro Extro drivers on to be able to run the track loose... but am unsure what is involved. Is it as simple as marking the location of the drivers and pressing the old off and pressing the new on?

Thanks in advance,

Keith M.

The 1.6" x 136" Arctic Cat track is no longer available. They do however have a 1-3/8"x136" although it is a every third window closed type configuration. :o|

I like the 6-pitch predator. i have an 1.25 on my Apex Gt and simmons skis what an improvement off trail playing in the powder. I personally hate the ripsaw, worthless off trail and very flemsy !!
