All,
Looking to buy an '07 Attak GT.
What will I need to know about / do to this new sled as far as recalls/bulletins or improvements etc.
I am not looking for performance improvements yet. (Studs/pipe/etc.)
I had a lot to have done on my '05 Venture before I was happy.

'07 Attak GT
Glock 30 check your e-mail. I have an '07 Attak Gt that has 2.5 years left on the Yamaha warranty I would be willing to sell. The sled is in perfect condition.

There have been no recalls/service bulletins that I know of. I have been told there have been no chaincase issues on the '07's. The shock/spring on the '07 works great for me and I weigh about 230 in gear. Some guys are upgrading to a 13mm sway bar for flatter cornering( about $100) The power from the stock motor is awesome. You'll run out of trail before you run out of power. I have had no issues with this sled. Still have original hifax after 1000 miles.

On my Attak GT I have added the 13mm sway bar and a couple other goodies (See my signature) This is the best sled I have ever owned! I think I'll be riding it for several years.
