When running in powder I can only pull 9200 rpm on hardpack it pulls 10600, I have an stock Attak with 2" track and 8 tooth drivers. Can I do anything with the stock clutching to get it to pull in the powder?

PS Also I weigh 300lbs geared up

The stock clutching in the attak does that....absolutely zero backshift in powder. but works good on hardpack. If you want it to backshift in deep snow you have to go with after-market primary weights. I owned 2 attaks...been der dun dat.

Don't know actual top speed as I didn't have my gps, speedo said 178kph which I thought was low. With the 9 tooth drivers and ripsaw speedo was at 200, gps at 181kph. Maybe I should go with a 20 top gear.

I hate to say this but you're not even close on the gearing for your size. Add in powder, 2" paddles, and well...your gearing is whacked way out from where it needs to be if you want to run your drive system in a more efficient mode. Based on your description I'd go with a minimum of a 1.90 gear ratio and probably a 2.00 ratio. Consider setting up the clutches for overdrive if you're concerned about top-end in low-drag snow conditions. I'm going with a 1.82 ratio w/overdrive on the stock Attack and I'm at 200lbs.
