I've got my fuel bars flashing, along with a yellow flashing warning light. No codes. I assumed it was because I was very low on gas (I had the tank out to replace donuts), but I just added 3 gallons to the tank and I'm still seeing the same thing. What could be going on? The sled seems to be running fine.

I don't know if this is common, but the last time I got that low on fuel, it was 4 of 5 gallons I had left when the light came on. Maybe less.
that, or the a sensor that didn't get plugged in.

I was hoping that was the case, but I just went and dumped another 3 gal in the tank and it's still doing this.

It may take a little riding to get it to trun off. But to make sure I would check every thing you unplugged. Lol

Is there a fuel level sensor plug at the tank somewhere? It was several months since I had it all apart and can't remember now.

Check your connections to the fuel cell. I did this last year when I changed my exhaust upon removing the seat and tank. I went back in and dissconnected and reconnected the sensor. Fortunately that was all it was......langow said:I've got my fuel bars flashing, along with a yellow flashing warning light. No codes.
