M-10 springs

Does anyone know what springs work well in a 136 m-10? I need a spring setup for a 180lb rider, bought this m-10 used and the springs looked pretty rough. Any input would help a ton! Thanks

Try is the way it is, then make your decision. I have a newer m10 and just got the heavy rear spring. After riding it the end of last year.

Fast offers a light and standard spring for the front, light, standard, and heavy spring for the rear. For your weight, I would think the standard springs would work. It depends on riding style too though.
