I run a 136 M10 in my 03. I have Ohlins all around except the front shock in the skid. It is actually the original Fox shock that came with the skid, it is only good for 500 miles (seriously). So recently I noticed it to bottom out. I was considering going to Advance Auto and comparing to automotive shocks for mounting points.
Just curious if anyone had done anything similiar?

Fast is always overpriced. Car shock, sure if it fits. The front shock of a skid doesn't really do much except to asorb the moguls, the back shock does the majority of the work.
