got a cobra and heard some good thigs about Mack studs. i'm going 144 1.45 studs up the middle.
where is the best buy on mak studs?
is there anyone who wasn't impressed by Mack?

When I used to have the speedshop, I got into selling some of the Mack products in the end. Overall, for the price, they really are a decent stud. I think more important however is backer selection. Doubles or Stud Boy Power Plates singles (if you must run singles) are the only way to go. Give Rich at www.richmotorsports.com a call and he will get you hooked on your traction needs.
Oops, forgot to mention that I am also switching to a 136 Cobra and will run 1.45 Roetin Hornets. I have had really great results with them over the years, and they have the more agressive profile for penetration. They are more expensive, but in my estimation they are worth it.
