Back in April my 05 f7 was stolen in Hurly Wisconsin and I just recieved my insurance settlement this Saturday. Was down to a new f7, rev 800, or a apex rtx. Given the many problems with the f7 and the ring issues on the revs I have decided to purchase the apex rtx. I look foward to the mpg , not having to carry oil with me on every trip and the performance and reliability of the Yamaha four stroke motor.. Now I just have to find the best price in Illinois or southern Wisconsin.

Welcome and you will not regret your decision. There are very few people that bought a four stroke and went back to another brand. The two that I know of from this site, both are back in 06 on Yamaha 4 strokes. They are simply the best the sleds out there.

Welcome aboard....You won't be disappointed with your new sled...........smooth and fast :yam: :yam: ...Plus all the info you need is right here on this site :rocks: :rocks:

Yes this site is like a living service manual for 4 stroke Yamaha sleds with updates every day. Good place to meet and ride with quality people too. Welcome!

Yes welcome aboard, you wont be disapointed, cant wait till next winter,is it here yet...lol

welcome to blue, how could your 05 f7 be stolen back last april? they weren't even made yet

My mistake it was the end of Febuary and not much sleep last night celebrating the Illini victory.

Check With Port Yamaha in Port Washington WI. They have some great pricing and quality service to go with it. ===SRXSRULE===

Welcome gamer 1,
You will love it. Your problem now is after a bit you wont want 2 strokes in your group. Because of the smell and the fact that they are wasting your time panicing about fuel when you still got half a tank. :D

Hell your gonna go 500-700 miles without even opening your hood :D :D

I highly recommend Port Yamaha, talk to Kevin. Great pricing and the best you can get with after sales service

Welcome aboard. I'd pick up the phone and start calling dealers. A lot of folks go to Port, but you never know who comes up with a good deal.
