I have an 04 warrior and was wondering what I need to do to my rear suspension to get the maxximum weight transfer out of it?

owner's manual shows which way to turn the adjustable transfer rods - if that doesn't get you to where you want to be - contact Mountain Performance. They have a transfer kit for the mountain sleds - not sure if anyone has tried it on a warrior or not. It replaces the t-rods with a strap, basically uncoupling the suspension.

Maxx transfer
Increase the upper gap on the transfer rods to max. Lossen limiter straps all the way. Replace the 10 mm white plastic spacer on the bottom of the transfer rods with a 5 or 2.5 mm spacer. Set the FRA to soft. Loosen spring on rear shock to minimum.
Any or all of the above.

Changing the lower spacer won't improve transfer, in fact, it will cause (when off the gas) the skis to dig into the snow HARDER.
