I just purchased a micro belmont drive axle with a set of external drivers. They were pressed into place by the company I bought the stuff from. The center of the drivers does NOT line up with the center of the windows on the track. Also does not line up with the center of the rails. They are approx 3/16 wider, which would mean that the cogs would drive on the very outer edge of the windows. I called the company, and I was told that they pressed them to spec. I don't know what their spec measurements are, but I would think that it should drive as close as possible to the center of the window. Am I wrong??? I currently have another e-mail sent to the company to verify that they understand my concern. Maybe it does drive on the outer edge of the windows to help keep the track from shifting, but the center makes more sense to me. Someone who knows, please advise me???
