Dealer had installed an MBRP on an 11 Apex for a customer, I heard it running yesterday on a stand. At idle, not much different than stock, when you blip the throttle, it sounds nice and throaty/raspy, not obnoxious or anything that would get you in trouble with noise police on the trails.
My issue with the MBRP I had on an 08 Apex was the harsh resonating drone feedback when at cruising speed or light aceleration, very annoying in my opinion. I found you were always into the flipper to avoid that cruising speed drone. Lasted one ride, and she gonne!
I revved the 11 at the dealer up to around 5-6k rpm and held it there for a few seconds, and I still feel the resonating drone at cruising speeds would still be an issue for me at least.
