I have a MC Express on my RTX. Sled has stock clutching except for some added weight in the primary. Sled still over revs. Does anybody have some clutching specs they could suggest helix , spring, weight, springs etc. Please Help ! I am a flatlander in Ontario

Stock weights will not cut it. You need some heavy metal. Some guys using HH's, Supreme Tool, Heal Clickers etc. Do a serch and you will find alot of info for Turbo set up. If you get some new weights give me a pm. I could help you get close.

Ulmer Racing will be doing a MC Xpress turbo system on an Apex GT hopefully finished and clutched within the next month. We'll have a clutch kit available then.

Plus man. Sledhead goarge has had a turbo longer then most on this board, Although few of us have ever seen him if any!!!!! I think hes that guy that passes you late at night and then ya cant find him, He just dissapeares, anyways, ive used his advice and his tips were quite succesfull. Try to find somebody that runs a turbo in the area that you ride, The setups from different areas and differant weight people may not work for you. differant boost levels also are a huge contributing factor. I run 16lbs to 22lbs boost with high gearing and a 1.5 ripsaw so my setup for you running a 1.25 at 8lbs would be substancially differant, the only wieghts in kit form that i was really happy with were the heavy hitters but i broke them, i now run my own wieghts that i built from a base stock wieght .thats alot of welding and grinding and wieghing but nobody had exactly what i wanted.good luck

lots of weights work.............i found heel clicker for my application to work the best. Everything else was too lazy out of the hole.

This is the way to go. ;)! I spent hrs and hrs of testing to keep mine off the rev limiter . ..................What's your time worth ?
