I melted my tail light wires to the heat shield. Now I have no tail or brake lights.
Replaced the melted portion and nothing. Is there a fuse somewhere ?

did you check if you shorted the bulbs out?
i'd say look close to the battery wires to see where they run for the fuse.(sorry don't have apex)

I hooked up a multimeter to the harness and I'm only getting less then 1 volt.
Something is not right before the taillight.

Is the handlebar switch dirty? Mine was tailight didn't work when pressed perhaps that can be contributing. Is the tailight on at all and just won't light up with you brake?

It's fused in the fuse box on the right side or the sled above the reverse lever. Can't remember which one, manual says the main fuse or the signal fuse.
