I removed the inner rivit on my 04 Warrior clutch weight and want to put it back to stock. Anyone know the part #? I think it is 90266-06002-00 or 90266-06001-00 anyone know for sure? Thanks!

Why do you want to put it back to stock? How did it do w/ it off? What did you get for rpm? did it seem to help? Info would be great thankx thinking about doing it!

Thanks NW! RX-1 It seemed to really increase my rpms when I punched it and I really didn't feel a big power pull increase on take off (If any). It would come up to 10700 fast and stay there. It seemed to really effect my gas milage which would make sense higher rpm more consumtion.

kkraus-- did you try it with the tip rivit removed ?? I removed mine but there is no snow to try it.

Zook, Yes I removed the tip weight first. It was right on 10400 RPM w.o.t. when the temperature was 32 - 34 degrees and the snow was wet and sticky. As soon as it got colder the following weekend the higher it reved well over 11000. My recomendation would be to drill the tip rivits gradually and remove a little at a time untill you get your desired RPM, my tip weights were hollow so it would have been very easy to remove a little at a time. Time consuming but easy. I also would recommend you do this at your average outside riding temperature and conditions. I also added the 3/8 lock washers on the secondary helix studs and saw a 5 mph increase. Hope this helps.

I thought you were supposed to add 5\16 lock washers to the helix?

kkraus--
Ijust installed an ECP kit and I am going to hopefully try it out on sunday if I can find some snow.

kkraus-- Will do.
