I don't miss mine because i kept it!!!!
over here in maine the trails can get pretty bad sometimes. (low snow conditions)
thats when the viper with the expert x comes out.
why destroy my new (last year) apex when the old viper is still around!!

I dont really miss my CPR piped VIPER a lot. I love the 4-stroke motor in my 05.
I didn't like that hard rear skid, but from 60 mph and up my VIPER was faster then my RX-1. I do miss that...

The only thing I miss is the sound of that triple engine. It was sweet.
ThkSnow, the faces on those two guys in the bad times picture is priceless.

I can remember being stuck just like that with my brand new Viper, Seney Dec 02, homeboys almost left it till spring it was not pretty, new suits and sleds, to say the least it sucked big time, it took 5 of us and we barely got it out.

I enjoyed my 02 Viper very much, great engine, handled like on rails, but that suspension through the bumps trying to keep up to the Revs in the group was painful, I mean it hurt, dont need the two stroke smell, dont need that lack of suspension..
I still have my 02 Viper ER, and will probably keep it. The triple sound is sweet, but, riding the Apex and then jumping on the Viper really makes one appreciate how advanced the newer sleds are.

i was just thinking about mine the other day... i do miss it, MPI Option 2 136 Kit, ripsaw track, mbrp silencer, clutching, clik graphics, painted windy...
loved it, but i guess the new attak will ease my missing.....

Had an 02, and it worked well. I don't think I'm gonna miss it though compared to the Apex.

Yes it was.

i never had a viper, but i have a srx still
. I never had a good reason to sell it so it still resides in the barn. funny thing is i pulled it out last weekend after getting the other machines ready to go and got a little wood at the sound of those tripples.
