Any update yet on when/if Yami is gonna take care of updating the '05 mono to the '06 with grease zerks, etc?
I just got my sled back from my dealer, and I had to pay for the zerk install. He said they have done 4 so far and all of them had little or no grease in them, right from the factory. On all of them the bushings was shot. I cant believe YAMAHA would send out the sleds that way, and make us pay for their oversight. He thinks by the end of this coming winter it’s going to get very bad. He said a lot of guys don’t see zerks on them so they don’t think much about it. Just like on some cars if you don’t see a zerk then it must have some kind of lifetime bushings. He and I both think YAMAHA should take care of this problem before the 05 skid's start to fall apart on the ones that don’t know about this...
Spoke to the dealer in town today and it looks like I am going to have to pay the update bill because this dealer has got nothing from Yamaha Canada and niether have I. Nothing about the track noise either and I let them know last spring in Toronto. Has anyone else got anything from Yamaha Canada.
