06 gt got the revalve from bruce, my last ride felt a little rough, wondering if i blew the shock again, how do u tell, i remember hearing something about rebound dampener not clicking,

heres the deal if i turn the rebound dampener up more rebound it clicks till i hit the end, when i turn it back less dampenig no click, turn it all the way down, and then back up, no clicking till about 3 full turns, this normal.

Soft compression is what makes the shock smooth . Stiff compression is what makes it rough.

Rebound is what slows the buck you off motion.

Spring adjustment is important and also enter into this set up !

Anytime you increase compression you
will get a rougher ride until you really heat it up and get the shock at a starting to fade condition.

A shock that is right should not blow if you just got it back and dont think thats the problem.

Not sure on clicking as its been 3000 miles since adjustment ! Adjusted it before use and have not touch it since !

How much do you weigh and how hard do you pound the bumps ?

I weigh about 200 geared up, i got the 5.5 spring i believe, just wondering maybe its in my head but it felt like i had a lot of kick back since last ride and did not adjust it, I ride the bumps preatty hard and i did bottom out hard about 2 times. any one know about the clicking on the rebound

If the nitrogen pressure is low or there is'nt none, the rebound won't click when you back it out. If the seal is blown, the oil will leak out and cause the pressure to drop. Look at the spring,if you see little black spots around by the seal, you lost oil.

so if it does not click nitrogen is low or none, is this bad or what, Ill have to check for spots of oil tomorrow

It clicks just not trough the entire range, no click when backing it off but turn in it up it will start to clik eventually, this normal, maybe ill just call bruce
