Mono shock settings

I know this has been posted many times, but i am unable to find the topic through a search, so can someone link me or answer what the initial, set in or sit in? settings are for the monoshock., This is on a 08 vector, if that matters.
I found the chart with the rider wt. cam settings but I beleive there is a measurement i need to take with the rider on the sled.

thanks, ...the measurements are what I need.
If you are doing it without help , pry the bumper up the shaft and then measure how far it slides.
