Monoshock contol rod adjustment

I searched but can't find any info on what lenght control rod should be adjusted to and the procedure for it, can someone run me thru it please?

There is tool in your tool box for this. Start with setting half way. Do this with track off the floor,makes it easy. Try different settings. If your on a trip have someone hold back sled off the ground to adjust.

OK thx but do you turn out the one closest to the cylinder and the lock it with the other? I just put skid in my 02 viper, thx.
