On the monoshock suspension, the upper track wheel bearings are pressed onto the cross shaft.
What is the best method to remove them without damage to the plastic bushings?
Does the wheel need to be removed from the bearing first, then use a puller of some type to remove the bearing?

Once the rear suspension bolts are removed, and suspension is pivoted done to clear chassis, I've just reinstalled one of the bolts in the shaft (to prevent damaging end of shaft/threads) and whacked it with a hammer. I've done these numerous times on my '05 mono without damaging the plastic bushing. Bushing are pretty cheap anyway, and may need replacement due to wear. Shaft will come out with other side wheel on. Can repeat on other side (bolt in hole to protect shaft) and use a open vise on back of wheel to provide support.
