Do you haul fuel? With the skinz boards as long as you plate where the rear top mounts I'd go .060. 2 years ago tunnel was 060, the only problem was where I would crank the fuel tank down dented a bit. But before I had a trail tank I would always have 5 on back.

yea I haul fuel. kinda have to with the tiny tank... if its just a little bit of bending I could deal with that. I just dont want my tunnel to crumple up on me. did you see anymore bending or cracking around your suspension mounts, better/larger bracing for that tunnel? I know I read a bit about it in the alaska sled build thread but cant remember if you mentioned anything about the mounts/bracing in that one...
another idea I have rolling around in my head about fueling also.... one of my friends has a rev tank and boss seat he says he would sell me cheap all I would have to get is a external fuel pump and figure out how to mount it all (and make it look nice too)... I know I probably wouldnt see any weight savings but moving some of the weight to the back and lower, having 10+ gallons and seat storage would be soooooo nice!
