Been a while since I did anything to the sled I've been hitting the beach and doing a lot of this so the sled has been on the back burner. But tonight I plan on doing a few things. I'm gonna put my new lake effect riser on. I am hoping most of my cables will make the stretch. I know the throttle cable won't but I think the rest will.
I got a 6" riser and a 2.5" pivot so it Should be perfect I'm thinking.
I also got a koso slim temp gauge I am going to be installing hopefully tonight. And I'll probably be doing a few things maybe mount my stock gauge. I'll have to take a look at my never ending things to do list and see what I can knock out tonight.
Which reminds me I'd like to thank mountaintech he hooked me up with a really nice gauge mount for his IP vent.
Question. What have you guys done to secure your light weight batteries? I have some ideas but I want to know what you guys have done? Pics would be awesome.
Got my plastics back and my diamond s bumper on looks sweet. I'm almost done with my project waiting on my seat now and have to do a few finishing touches and I'm mountain ready!!!! Can't wait either
Well I am nearing the end of my build just a few more small things left and I am done. Then on to the girlfriends sled. Still waiting on my seat and have to put my headlight vent on and the rear axle and I am pretty much done.
Hey I am pretty much finished with this sled now I just gotta bolt up the seat and I'm done. I would really like to weigh the sled but I really don't wanna buy a scale to weigh this thing this one time ya know. So I'm curious do any of you guys out there have a sCale I could borrow or rent from you? Would gladly pay shipping both ways and would throw some cash your way. I have means to lift the sled but I just don't have a scale.
