MPI cold air intake kit

Has anyone used this kit from MPI? It's supposed to provide clean cold air to the SC. It's only $130 but is is really providing better air flow? I don't have an intercooler so I was hoping this would help until I can afford to do the intercooler.

Any out side air will help. Cant be sure id its $130 worth of help.

I drilled/cut a hole for the filter and flipped the piping on my underhood intake to bring it outside. Personally I feel it made a little difference!

make your own, I have one and it is way to expensive for what it is.
