If you are asking about MPI....It took shipping time and they tested and reprogrammed same day and then shipping time back. They did not charge me for updating, just shipping to and from them. I ended up sending mine box in twice because it did not work with the reprogram. I got a new box because mine tested bad. All I can say is when these sleds work, you end up with a perma grin
