Installing a left over Yamaha/MPI 180 kit per instructions, after mounting the airbox, the radiator is 3/4” off, too high at the bolt holes. I had to cut off the bottom of the plastic radiator shroud to get it to fit. I am pretty sure I don’t have the intake boots misaligned either, but will recheck tonight. Has anyone else had this issue?
