Recently did some mods to the sled and it runs amazing. Similar to Ulmers set up. All this extra power seems useless now since I am hitting the rev limiter hard. I have changed the primary spring from yellow-pink-yellow to black-silver-black if I remember right..the flatland spring. I no longer have the option to add more weight since they are maxed out now. It seemed to help but it's still hitting it when I hook up. Would a simple belt change help in this situation as well to bring down the rpms? Got 6500kms on it. Any ideas? I really gotta show my competetion around town what a fine tuned apex is capable of.

You have given us inadequate information to help you.
What clutch components are you using? Be specific: Primary and Secondary.
What other modifications have you done to make you over-rev?
If you have made significant modifications, maybe heavier base weights are needed.
Are the Sheaves clean and scuffed up?
Is the belt new or old and inspect. Has the belt been cleaned?
What gearing do you have?
Is everything else stock (e.g. track, no-studs or studded, etc.)
Is everything clean? Last over reving Apex I saw only needed the Primary cleaned and it came right back into spec.
