I have a 509 helmet and like it..I had an HJC and a Fly racing..sold them both..had the 509 for 3 seasons now..nothing is falling apart..I think the 509 system is really good..their goggles really fit in their helmet nice..

Ya, I beginning to think I just should have kept my question to myself! Didn't mean to start a bitch and bash session, just looking for some good old input! I'm just glad once I decided on the Scorpion helmet I didn't get dog piled by everyone about how shitty they are! Can't we all just get along, it's Christmas!

509 has suited me well with sinister goggles...totally abandoned my full face.

An Arai VX Pro 3 with Smith googles, sweet. I have been wearing Arais since the mid eightys. Great helmets. Awaiting the new MX-V to be released. I do tape off part of the front duct when it is really cold.
