TORS, him acting up because throttle cable stuck open.

Be careful where you hold it open, mine came unstuck in the garage and I crashed before ever seeing snow. Leave parking brake on and squeeze him hard.

This may sound stupid, but I do know that if the air box is not fully seated at the carbs, the engine will run goofy. Also maybe have a fouled plug or 2.

To override the TORS.. (which should ONLY be done in ***EMERGENCY***....) you need to locate the TWO CONNECTIONS at the carbs. Disconnect BOTH of them from the carbs, and connect them TOGETHER (the ones that are on the chassis side, don't bother connecting the carb leads together.)
