If it's already on it's way to the yard they've already made the deal. They always have standing arangements to buy from insurance companies, and it's hard to get it done before that happens if you're not the one making the claim.

Depends on your riding preference when comparing the APEX and NYTRO. The Apex is clearly the king on top end, gotta love the R1 motor! The Nytro is fun for those who like the forward position ride and like to do more boondocking and carving in the deeper snow. When set up right, they both are awesome sleds, the main difference I find is the top end still belongs to the Apex. More mods coming for the Nytro........
