VX1R, always enjoy your posts. Great pics. Actually, just renewed my interest in UP riding again last week. Thanks to TY member @jonlafon1. He was a great guide and host. Hadn't ridden up that way in years. He took us on beautiful trails in great conditions. Here's a couple of pics. Hope it's ok to post on your thread.
Cool pictures! It's always great to share your rides with other TY members. Glad to hear that you had a great time with jonlafon1 (even though his sled seems to be slow:)

One question....what's all that white stuff?
And how do I get the grass out of my suspension, and bugs off the windshield??

It's awesome riding with new people. Especially from this site as most are very passionate about riding. I'm very blessed and fortunate to have a place in the UP. YOU WILL get another invite Snowaddict. Remember my offer to get that sled handling better.

That sure aint what maine looks like now, snow is going very quick, just came back, from 4 days,of 38-43 degrees, even in caribou, managed 450 miles all by myself,no one want to ride except weekends, not me,midweek is best. But trail snakes are opening up hard right now,and clubs are doing reroutes, wish our trails looked like these pics now. Them are awesome looking.

Pete....you need to post up some pics of your last ride so we all can see the good/bad of your last ride. That's pretty darn impressive mileage (450 over 4 days by yourself). Is your area going to get any new snow from this recent 'Noreaster that everyone has been talking about or is that all going south of you?

My wife and I are heading back up to the U.P. next week along with my bud who's in the first series of pics riding his '18 Apex 50th and his wife for what could be our last ride of the season here in the Midwest. We're keeping our fingers crossed that Monday and Tuesday's forecasts hold true with some new snow in the area along with temps in the 20's.

It won't stop snowing here!!! Probably had 3 feet, but it's blowing and drifting, and the club said our trails are closed. Are they freaking kidding me? Come catch the turbo!!

Its funny you ask about pics, after 2100 miles this year I finally stopped long enough yesterday to snap a couple on our new reroute trail,oh and a couple from feb 28th 271 mile day to caribou and back to Sherman, man the trails that day were perfect,i was even coming on up to the grommer ahead of me for about 15 miles till I had to pass him lol but trail was still very good, considering how warm our feb. was.
