My Yamaha supplied rear heat exchanger came in today.

Yea, I hear you, but my feet get toooooo hot (even through my Sorrels).

i can tell you, the new rear cooler is great! haven't seen the light come on even after a long ride on pure ice! the only problem is when a ride in deep powder, and you have paused for a minute or two the track will be stuck in ice! you can't even see the upper skid wheels under all the ice. thats propably not a problem in spring time but now in winter time i can tell you that it is really enoying to allways start hacking the ice from the skid after a short brake! any ideas how to solve this?

Is there a part number on this kit yet? My local dealer will really go the extra mile unless they have to pick up the phone, ask a question, or fix a problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Never mind, found it under the picture post.

must have fixed them in 04 because I dont have a heating problem since I topped up the resevoir.
