Before the first ride on my LTX, I found this mystery piece in the back of my truck. Cannot seem to see where it came from. I hope its a mounting piece from crate after it was loading on the back of my truck. Does this look familiar to anyone? I have yet to see dealer about it because I have no clue what it belongs too. Thanks.

#*$&@, I hope I am wrong but it looks like part of your hood, on the bottom between the a arms there are two bolts that hold your hood on. It looks like a corner off there

thanks I'll give it a look there. Strange for it to split like that. Maybe over-torqued on assembly line? The sled came off the showroom floor and hydraulically lifted into back of truck.

Looked there all is good. The broken plastic piece is little thicker that whats between the a arms. Also, not sure if noticed in the picture the bolt hole is little counter sunk, maybe for a washer? I get to see dealer first week in Feb, after my long awaited parts show up. Hope they know what this is.
