need a little clutching advice for new to me 2007 apex gt

I need a little advice on the clutch setup on the 2007 apex gt I recently bought. The primary has a black spring which I believe is stock but the secondary has a shockwave adjustable helix and a purple spring with the numbers 100/ 150 written on it with a sharpie pen. I think it may be an epi spring ? WhenIi took the secondary sprin out I really didn't pay attention to what holes the spring was in.

What setup should I try for mostly trail riding? What helix angle good for all around running ? Also Ii have to replace the bushings in the secondary and I need to know do I use a factory outer bushing to go in the shockwave helix as its worn some also.
