Need help with code on xtx

im getting a code 84 and the yellow light blinking, engine sign i believe is also blinking, does anyone know what this code mean? much help would be apreciated

if I remember right code 84 is TORS.

yes its TORs, wonder why that code appears, frozen ice or something? when i start it, doesnt sound right, like mis firing pistons, idles slower then usual, the TORS icon shows, I thought it was the engine sign at first

Tors, didn't know they had a special icon for that. Have you done any work to the sled lately? any additional riser, change in pivit position? Check the cable routing and ensure you have some endplay in the throttle itself. Also make sure you hear the micro switch click on when you just start to push the throttle. There is a bypass proceedure that you can do if needed but I would recomend fixing the issue as a stuck throttle with out tors would turn your sled into a 600 lb missle.

Throttle Over Ride System---Safety feature that limits RPM in case throttle sticks. If the ECU doesn't recieve signal from the micro switch at the throttle lever and the Throttle Posistion Sensor when you push the throttle, TORS activates. So you don't have a runaway sled in case the cable ices or other various things. Hopefully I explained it right and it made sense.

xtx totally stock, just HID headlight upgrade, and adjusted throttle position when it was new, never had the problem till couple days ago
