Purchased a 2009 TF and the passenger hand warmers are not working at all HI or LO. Is there a separate fuse for the rear hand warmers ? or any know problems with wires chafing or connections to check.

Use a multi meter and check to see if you have any power going to them.. The passenger hand warmers do not work very well from the start..At an idle or short ride the hand warmers will not feel like they are working. Only on a long ride you will notice them..

Multi-meter is very helpful, but troubleshooting known problem areas without the MM is probably OK too! My passenger grip warmers were not working on my "regular" '06 RS Venture, and as it turned out the element was fried where the wiring met the "element" portion (i.e. the heated area on the handgrip). By fried I mean the element was "broken" (electrically) at that point. I soldered an aftermarket element onto the factory wiring (so I could plug'n'play), and the wife is happy again! Good luck...
