For what? a stock rx? then the first thing to do is clutch it. Use the power you got first then worry about the rest.

do you like top end speed? if not gear it. I had a 21 tooth top dear in my warrior and it was a beast out of the hole. beat my dads attak and my buddies f7 in short drag races. top end was probably only around 100-110 though
