I've read about the things people do to make their sleds handle better / go faster / be more responsive / look better / have warmer grips / save on hyfax wear / and on and on and on.
My question is, with limited funding, what's the best bang for my buck?
Since I'm asking, we'll use my 2007 Attack as the base sled.
Put in your 2-cents and I'll summarize the results in a later post.

Snow trackers. $200.00

Here's is what I would do and the order
1. Warm hands. If you can't feel your fingers then why drive. $195
2. Fix the steering. I went with Snowtrackers. $240
3. HID lights. You can now see. $225
4. Pick the track. Mainly drive trails over swamp land and lakes. Need some traction for safety on the ice. $300
5. Fourth wheel kit. To go with the picks $45
6. Wheels to repair the hyfax wear. I went with a small wheel kit up at the bend and the 'Doo and 'Poo combo wheel fix on the rails. $200
7. Air box mod. Sounds cool and a little more snap. $100
8. Plugs. Change the sparkplugs to CR10EK. Goes well with the airbox mod. $50
9 Thumbdrive. Would really like to try one of these. From what I've read they are excellent. $100
10 Suspension beef up kit. Get that suspension arm repaired once and for all. $204
Now if the budget would allow
10.Excell full exhaust system
11.Yamacharger with clutching
12.Aluminum wheels. Just cause they look cool

Very hard to improve upon stock clutching since 06. Leave it alone. Better ski's, studs and slp anti wear pads and ride.

Power to the ground, plus safety, and handling, so studs, and some different skis, or those SnowTrackers i've heard of, (i heard good things of them) Paint new numbers on your speedometer, or toe it in 2 inches, either way, it'll seem like you're flying and on the edge of control, lol. just kidding.

HID's were probably one of the best things i've ever done to any sled i've rode. I do most of my riding at night, so it was very nice to be able to see.

Nice big windshield.
