Here are a few pic's of the bag on my sled. It is not completely tied down yet, just letting you see what it looks like on the tunnel.
I think it would have been fine without the exhaust extensions, but they didn't cost much, and its not going to be an issue now as you can see.
The bag is 14 1/2" long front to back,16" wide at the rear, 5" tall at the rear.
There is 4 Velcro patches on the bottom front half of the bag, and 2 Velvro straps at the rear, that tie around the bumper.
On both the sides, and the rear, there loops you can use to fasten the bag the the sled with Tie Wraps, so there is no worry of it coming off on the trail. and that's what I'm going to do.

Someone on here did it! He changed the plastics under the windshield with 06-10 plastics and it bolts right up. The two bolts that hold both types on are the same. He posted pics.

Check out this post by machzrobbie.
The only way they fit is if you change the plastics around the headlight - but everything bolts up perfect

The old windshield will NOT fit the 2011 apex! I went down that road a few weeks ago.

According to the tread above you can swap windshields you just have to swap the headlight plastics from an 06-10 apex.

Yep. Several, several times.
Under 600 feet its all Etec is my experience.
Over 600 ft, my 11 Apex hasn't lost to an Etec.
My SE Apex is bone stock so far, not sure about the Etec's.

Many Times, Buddy I ride with bought an 800 etec last year and my bone stocker beat his sled every time including the holeshot. Apex might be a "TON" heavier but it has a "TON" more torque. Keep the engagement low and allow the track to hook up. All our races were on snow not ice.
In theory, given the same horsepower, a four stroke should win every time if the weights are close. Because they have more torque, they get up to speed quicker. Torque gets you going, horsepower keeps you going. Ever see a 2-stroke in motocross anymore, nope...
