Going to change the chain case oil on a 2015 viper. Do I need a new gasket or if there’s one is it reusable?

Why no chain case drain plug???

You might be able to re-use your original seal if you haven't had any leaks from your chaincase. My chaincase developed a leak so I replaced it with the newer superseded part number. Part # 8JP-G7558-02 It is thicker and I now have zero leaks. Here's a link for that info.

No drain plug because they want it opened up and inspected. It gives you time to clean the magnets on the speedo on the end of the drive shaft. Probably worth looking at the bushing in the top gear too. It's a definite wear item. It's a pain to do but could save you a lot of money later.

No drain plug - one of life's mysteries...….
Like Kkrz comment, once you see it opened up, its better that way to get all the crud out.
The gasket can easily be reused. Inspect it for tears and knicks.
