Welcome to the forum. The engine braking is just something you have to get used to as it won't go away.

Having two machines to compare, I noticed that the engine braking doesn't go away but becomes less after use. The difference was quite noticable when I would swap between the machines when I first got the second but now, after they're both broken in, they feel pretty similar according to the "butt dyno".

Thanks, i thought it might lessen as the motor breaks in.
kind of weird to get used to then its okay-kinda have to adjust your riding a bit.at least thats what i did.but on the other hand you can go down some rather nasty downhills in low range without having to worry ay all-then it shines
