That's for sure.... Shouldn't you be on DOO-Talk where they talk about the new rings you have to put in your new DOO. I would be more concerned about that motor than Yamahas.FLYBOY said:Dave583
I find it interesting that you keep coming up with faults about the new sleds and the in the same breath you compliment them for something like the motor. I think you decided to buy a new Renegade 600 rather than an Attak. It seems like you are still second guessing your decision and you keep trying to convince yourself you made the right move. Only time will tell. I'm sure your new Doo will be great, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Love the one you ride but don't trash the other guy's !!!

Yeah so what. I like both. If the local dealer wasnt such a dick I'd be sitting on a new attack.
Theres things I dont like about the doo's also. Rotax, you can read about them on dootalk. With a name like that I guess I'm not the only flim-flammer on here.

Flyboy and Rotax dave583 is entitled to his opinion likes and or dislikes of the Yamaha sleds. The adjuster cable is known to be a problem on the 05 not the knob falling straight off. So that would be a half truth inform him instead of telling him to go to another website please.

They also addresed the cable problem in 06. And it wasn't a huge deal. BTW who made you forum police?

I know 1st hand that the cables have been revised and all 05 mono shock sled will be updated if you take them to the dealer. All brands go thru some growing pains. As I see it as long as Yamaha is taking care of the issues and replaceing broken parts...why not give them try.
You are entiltled to your opionions..no dought, but lets just keep it civilized and enjoy the site for what it is...A great place to get Yamaha Info and Suggestions...
