new oil tank on apex rtx 3:16

any oil filling procedure i should do refilling system. 3:16 (yammie tony)

I did mine last year,
I just filled the oil tank like I was changing the oil than start the sled for a minute than refill the tank to dip stick level...

I would just fill oil up to dip stick full line, start it up let it idle for a few minutes, shut down and check for leaks then check/fill to proper level.
After that you should be good to go.
